1. Validity of the Contract of Sale, Product, and Price Information

These terms govern purchases made through the online store.

  • Product Pricing and Information: All prices listed next to each product are in Euros (€). Shipping costs are additional and calculated based on the purchaser’s location and shipping method, displayed at checkout.
  • Product Descriptions: We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to differences in monitor settings, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. In the event of any pricing or typographical errors, Jungleaf.com reserves the right to correct or withdraw the affected items from sale.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, select your desired product, choose the color and size of your company logo, and upload the logo file. You can also choose to have the plaids gift-wrapped with a ribbon, selecting your preferred ribbon color. Once all options are selected, proceed to checkout, where the total amount will be displayed for payment.

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is processed, a contract is established. Should any items be unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund your payment, including shipping, within 14 days.
  • Delivery Service: We provide direct delivery to your business door by our delivery partner. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Production and Delivery Time: Orders are custom-made and require 2–3 weeks for production. For delivery timelines by destination, see the Shipping Policy page.

4. Customization and Returns

Each order is custom-made specifically for business clients; therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible.

  • Order Review: Please ensure that your order details, including logo files and design specifications, are accurate before finalizing your purchase. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at sales@jungleaf.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or other suitable resolution.

5. Product Quality and Defective Goods

  • Responsibility for Product Quality: Jungleaf.com ensures that all products are free from defects at the time of delivery. Claims for product defects must be made within two weeks of receiving the item.
  • Resolution for Defective Goods: For defective goods, we will repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Complaint Process: To file a claim, contact us at sales@jungleaf.com. Our team will respond within 15 days to assist with the resolution.
